Senior Developer

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Electrical Engineering
• A command of some of these technologies: C, C++, Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Experience on several platforms (At minimum Windows and Mac or Linux) -- LastPass builds for 12 major platforms, covering a number of versions for many of them
• An active and enthusiastic LastPass and Xmarks user (we won't judge you on how long you have used LastPass, but you better join before submitting your resume)
• Proximity to Fairfax, VA (DC Area), or history of working remotely successfully

UI/UX Graphical Designer

In this role, you will:

• Develop the UI and UX of learning products and services.
• Conceptualize design solutions - bringing them to life through comps, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and final designs and templates.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization and the company to ensure we maintain industry leadership, and deliver innovative, exciting, and emotionally engaging designs.
• Create and apply brand frameworks within the multitude of clients and interfaces, ensuring a cohesive LastPass brand experience for customers.
• Assess and synthesize data from multiple sources to develop project strategy and drive innovation and continuous improvement.



Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Competency with Adobe Creative Suite and other media-design tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS, with coding and prototyping skills.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent industry experience.



Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience as a senior-level designer or UX design lead.
• Exceptional visual communication skills, with a dedication to detail and consistency.
• Portfolio samples demonstrating excellence in branded user experiences; information architecture; typography; color; composition; and layout.
• Ability to rationalize, articulate, and execute design concepts; collaborate effectively with stakeholders and partners; and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Experience designing for the technology industry and technology customers, with background in technology-focused education is a strong plus.

Marketing Analyst

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Journalism or equivalent field
• A history of success in product or service marketing
• An overwhelming desire to find innovative ways to get LastPass and Xmarks in front of tens of millions more users, with the strategies to make it happen

Support Analyst

Requirements

• A college degree or 18 months experience in computer support
• Ability to handle 100 support inquires per day and then be able to synthesize the day into recommendations to improve the product
• Ability to touch type, and communicate well over email.
