No purchase is necessary to enter.

Purchasing will not improve your chances of winning. Entering the giveaway multiple times will not allow
you to claim more than one prize nor will it improve your chances of winning.
Limit one entry per person regardless of means of entry. Multiple entries will be invalid.

To qualify, entries submitted online must be received by midnight EST, Friday, February 3rd, 2012, at
which time users will be chosen at random and contacted.

Who is Eligible

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and able to receive shipments of the listed giveaway
items. Entrants must also reside in a country that is not currently embargoed by the United States.

Employees of LastPass.com and respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies
and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.

By entering, winners also agree to all Terms and Conditions of LastPass.com.

The giveaway itemas are non-transferrable and non-resellable.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

All federal, state, local, and other taxes on items won are the sole responsibility of the applicable
winner.

General Conditions

By entering, entrants certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.

Three users will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winners will be notified once all photo entries have been received and reviewed.
The winners must respond to our written notification within 48 hours of contact, or he/she will forfeit
the giveaway item(s). If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will
be selected from all eligible entries.

Entrants further grant to LastPass.com the right to use and publish their proper name and state online
and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the giveaway. Acceptance of a prize constitutes
permission for LastPass and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and
likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited
by law.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless LastPass.com, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of
any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won. Any information shared with
LastPass.com will be held subject to LastPass.com's privacy policy.

The Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online,
telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur assumes no responsibility. LastPass.com is not
responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by
LastPass.com users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions
which may limit a player's ability to participate in the giveaway. The Sponsor reserve the right in their
sole direction to cancel or suspend this giveaway should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control
corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the giveaway.

Conduct

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be
posted throughout the giveaway. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges,
which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion
to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the
sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of
LastPass.com's Terms of Service; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
