When I try to upgrade I get an error that the page can't be loaded. How do I fix this?

Please reinstall LastPass: https://lastpass.com/dl and go through the download steps - this was an error that has been fixed.

Once complete, go to the Premium page: https://lastpass.com/premium.php and you should now be able to complete the steps to upgrade.
