How do I purchase LastPass Enterprise?

To purchase LastPass Enterprise you must start with a  trial using a standard or premium LastPass account.  You can sign up for the trial at https://lastpass.com/enterprise_trial.php .  You will be prompted to purchase licenses for Lastpass Enterprise at the end of your trial.  If you did not see or receive this prompt, your Enterprise Administrator can purchase Enterprise by going to the Home Page of their Enterprise Administration Tools.
