When I open Chrome, I am prompted to enter my Yubikey, then my master password, then my Yubikey again. What is wrong?

Please go to your LastPass Icon in Chrome > Preferences > Advanced, and make sure "Share login state between other browsers" is deselected.  If this option is selected, and you have stayed logged on in other browsers, this will trigger the Yubikey dialog to come up when you start Chrome, before you enter your master password.  This is why you are asked to then enter your master password and Yubikey again.
