I have duplicate entries in my Local Vault and some items have disappeared? What is wrong?

You may just need to Refresh your view of your site and secure note entries.  Go to your LastPass Icon > Tools > Refresh Sites, and this should correct the problem.  If you are still having issues after refreshing your sites, contact LastPass support.
