All LastPass users receive the best quality support that the LastPass team is able to provide, but LastPass Premium support requests receive priority support. What this means is that Premium support tickets are the first tickets addressed in our support system. LastPass Premium users can also receive phone support in emergency situations when our normal support methods are unable to solve the problem.
