How do I update my payment information?

If you need to change the credit card or other payment information for your account, please login to your payment provider (PayPal) to make the necessary changes. Because LastPass does not process these payments directly, the credit card information and other details cannot be managed via your LastPass account.

If a payment was made with a direct credit card payment via LastPass, at this time the information cannot be edited. You can cancel any automatic subscriptions on your accounts page here - https://lastpass.com/my.php - and then submit a new upgrade at your renewal time with the updated information.

If you have any trouble with billing, first try to reach out to the payment provider. You can follow up with our team directly: https://lastpass.com/supportticket.php to also confirm any details.
