How can I cancel my Premium subscription?

Paid with PayPal? Submit a ticket with the button below to request a refund. To cancel automatic renwal to ensure you are not automatically billed in the future, please follow the instructions from PayPal here, also copied below:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update beside 'My pre-approved payments.'
  5. Click the name of the subscription you wish to cancel.
  6. Click Cancel.

Paid by Credit Card? Refund your payment here - https://lastpass.com/my.php > VIEW INVOICE > Cancel. This will also cancel automatic renewal. If it is after 60 days and you would like to cancel automatic renewal, please submit a ticket with the button below, detailing your request.

**Refunds are only available for 60 days after date of purchase.
