I don't see my previous password manager listed under the import options. Is it possible for me to import my data?

Double-check in your LastPass Icon > Tools > Import that your password manager isn't listed.

Please send us a sample of your data in human readable format (not encrypted) with any sensitive information x-ed out. We will look into adding an importer for your previous product.

You may consider running LastPass and your previous password manager side-by-side, especially if you can't export in a human-readable format. You can then "passively import" to LastPass by clicking "Save Site" as you login to your accounts.
