Why is my extensions being removed from my browser?

If you are seeing that LastPass is being removed or disabled from your browser, something local is causing this issue. Please try the following:

 

1) Disable all other extensions except LastPass in the browser, restart the browser and test again.

2) Ensure that you are not running and 3rd party software (antivirus, security, system cleaners, etc), that may be removing/effecting LastPass. You can temporarily disable to test, otherwise ensure that LastPass is set as trusted or whitelisted within the program.

3) Uninstall/repair the browser to default, install only LastPass and test again
