We Can Help

My Yubikey Neo is not working on my Windows Phone. Do you support this?

Yes, as long and the Windows Phone has NFC capabilities, Neo can be used to work with LastPass for multifcator authentication.

If you have already followed the steps here for enabling your Neo with your LastPass account and still see issues, please review the following:

  • Please ensure that you have enabled your NFC in your device settings.
  • Please download and install NFC Writer/Reader from the Windows Store (There are also other free apps that will read NDEF Tags, that will help verify if NFC is turned on and the Neo can be read at all). And verify that the Neo is being read.
  • Do you hear a sound when the NFC is accepted? If so, please note that devices will often have 2 different sounds when accepting the tag: 1) for "I got valid data", and 2) for "I think I saw an NFC device, but couldn't get the data".

If you still see issues, please open a support ticket from the bottom right link and supply as much information and steps taken in the details of the ticket.
