Why are my sites not launching from the Vault?

If you have logged into the online vault via our website or from launching the desktop shortcut and are experiencing problems with sites no longer launching, please make certain you have installed, enabled, and logged into the LastPass extension. Sites will not launch from the online vault unless you are also logged into the extension.
