Why do I see "Your IP is untrusted! Please use internet access you've used in the past to use this tool."?

If you are seeing

Your IP is untrusted! Please use internet access you've used in the past to use this tool.

it means that the IP location you are logging in from is not an IP that we have on record as having successfully logged into your account within the last year. Please try logging in from a different location/device that you have logged into LastPass successfully before to try again.

If you believe you are seeing this warning in error or you cannot login to a previously successful location, please contact us by submitting a support ticket. Make sure to include a link to this FAQ in your request.
