I've made a change to my Vault or shared data. How can I make those changes show up on other devices or users?

Any Vault/data changes are synced to the server immediately and then pushed down to all devices/machines.

If you do not see the update on another device/machine right away, you can force a refresh:

  1. On the computer/device where the change was made, use Refresh Sites. A logout also refreshes and forces a push/pull of data to and from the server.

    1. For Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, select the icon for the LastPass browser extension > More Options > Advanced > Refresh Sites.

    2. For Internet Explorer, select the icon for the LastPass add-on for Internet Explorer > Tools > Advanced Tools > Refresh Sites

    3. For a mobile device, you can find the Refresh vault option in Settings > Action > Refresh vault. 

  2. You can then refresh sites on all other computers/devices you are currently logged into. Otherwise the changes will reflect on the next server push/pull or the next time you log into that new computer/device.

  3. Some login pages may need to be cleared and re-downloaded for the password change/update to be reflected. To help aid that process, it may be useful to clear your browser's cache, cookies, etc., and then to check the login page again.
