How can I disable LastPass Authenticator if it has been lost?

If you have lost your device but still have access to your phone number, login to LastPass using the SMS code backup.

If you do not have access to your phone number, you will need to disable LastPass Authenticator via one of the following options:

  • If you are a part of a LastPass Enterprise or Teams account, contact your LastPass Admin to disable.
  • If you are a Free or Premium user, contact the LastPass support team below.
