I can't see Shared Folders in my Online Vault, where are they?
While Shared Folders are created via the Online Vault using the Manage Shared Folders tool, you must use the Local Vault to add sites and data to them. When you intially create a Shared Folder, it will not be visible in the Online Vault until it is populated with at least one login or secure note.
To reach the Local Vault, click on the LastPass Icon in your toolbar > My LastPass Vault. To learn more about the difference between the Local and Online Vault, please see https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/password-manager-basics/your-lastpass-vault/.
