Will alerts work if there is a credit freeze or credit lock in place?

Yes, free alerts will work even if there is a credit freeze or credit lock in place. If you upgrade to premium credit monitoring, the premium alerts will also work but access to detailed information regarding your credit might require you to call our service number at 1-800-830-6680 (Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm MST) and approve a temporary unlock on your credit to allow your detailed information to be properly synced to your account.
