I created a Shared Folder, but no one I added can see it, what's wrong?

If you have created a Shared Folder and added users, but no users can see it, please ensure that  the users are trying to view the Folder in the Local Vault.  Shared Folders will only appear in the Online Vault once  the creator has added items to the Shared Folder, but they will appear in the Local Vault whether or not they are empty.

If users can't see the Shared Folder, they may also need to generate their Sharing Keys.  This occurs when a user logs in to the plugin for the first time.  If the plugin is not installed yet, a user can manually generate Sharing Keys from the link 'Generate Sharing Key' in their Online Vault at www.lastpass.com .  Generating Sharing Keys is a one time process and is normally done during a user's first login to the plugin; it will not need to be done more than once.
