Do I currently have a Premium account? How can I check the expiration date?
1. Check your Premium status by clicking on your LastPass Icon > More Options > Advanced > My Account or visit https://lastpass.com/my.php. You can also view your invoices here under 'VIEW INVOICE'.
2. When you upgrade, you do not need to reinstall your browser plugin, nor will you notice any changes to the appearance of your plugin. You've simply 'unlocked' access to Premium features: https://lastpass.com/features_premium.php
3. If you submitted a payment but your account doesn't say 'Premium', look at your payment confirmation email - did you use a different email address to upgrade? If so, we can transfer your Premium to the correct account.
