I'm seeing, "Your sessions has expired. Please relogin" - Why?
This is usually due to cookies either being cleared or removed from the browser.
Please ensure that:
- You are not running a private or an incognito browser session.
- Your browser is clearing cookies or not saving them. To check this or to enable cookies in your browser, please follow the steps here.
- You are not running any 3rd party software that might also be clearing these necessary cookies. 3rd party cookies need to be accepted.
Log out of LastPass > Clear your browser cookies > Restart the browser > Log back into LastPass > Retry.
