Why am I getting the error "Request Failed. Check your internet connection as well as date and time." on my Android when my date and time is correct?
This is a known bug in devices running older Android OS versions. Please update your device to the latest version of Android OS.
If you are running a later version, follow the steps here:
- Open the LastPass App
- Click on the menu button
- Click on Preferences
- Scroll down and "Enable Logging"
- Reproduce the error
- Copy the log to the support ticket that can be opened to the right of this page with the "+ New Ticket" button
