I have a charge on my credit card for your product, but I don't use it! How can I get my money back?

If you feel you have been a victim of credit card fraud, please open a support ticket here with the any details of the transaction you have for investigation. 

We also suggest that you cancel the card in question and request a new account number from your credit card company.
