I was added to a Shared Folder individually, and I can see it in the Sharing Center, but I can't see the folder in my Vault. What happened?

First check to see if you can view the Shared Folder from your online Vault via https://lastpass.com.

If you can see the folder there, but not your local Vault (via the extension) - please clear your local cache (LastPass Icon > More Options > Advanced > Clear local cache), restart the browser and log back in. 

If you still do not see the shared folder in your local Vault, uninstall the browser extension and re-install.

If you still do not see the shared folder, please have an Admin on the Shared Folder remove and re-add you to the folder. Then make sure to clear local cache,  log out and log back in.

 

If you still see issues, this may be relating to your sharing keys at this point. Please open a support ticket and include that you have taken all these troubleshooting steps.
