My LastPass mobile app says I'm not Premium - how do I resolve this?

1. Check that you are Premium by visiting https://lastpass.com/my.php.

2. If your account says you are Premium but you still see the error, uninstall and reinstall the LastPass mobile app. Then try logging in again.

3. If you continue to see an error, please submit a support ticket.
