How can I get a refund for In App purchases through the iOS app?

We are unable to provide refunds from purchases made through the iOS In-App purchases since the transaction is carried out through the Apple App Store. This means that all refunds must be processed by Apple.

**Please note that this article indicates "refunds typically take a day or two to process", however Apple's resources say up to 10 days.
