Why aren’t my favicons appearing correctly?
This is most likely a temporary sync issue. Please try the following:
- Refresh Sites: go to your LastPass Icon > More Options > Advanced > Refresh Sites or log out and back in to your extension
- Recreate the favicon: delete the entry from your LastPass Vault and resave it; after resaving, use LastPass to log back into the site, which will recreate the favicon
- Clear Local Cache: go to your LastPass Icon > More Options > Advanced > Clear Local Cache; please see this FAQ to learn what else this will affect
- If none of the above work submit a support ticket using the button below.
Please note that for mobile devices, simply logging off and logging back on should bump the fav icons from the server to your device.
