I'm seeing a "Runtime Error!" - what do I do?

If you are seeing:

 

["Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\LastPass\lastapp.exe"]

  1. Please uninstall LastPass for Applications from your Control Panel.
  2. Re-install with this build here.
  3. Restart the computer and test. If you still see issues, please open a support ticket with the 'New Ticket' link below, with the details that you have followed these steps.

 

If you are seeing:

 

["Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"]

Disable Enhanced Protected Mode in IE as we are not compatible with this setting enabled.

To disable Enhanced Protected Mode, follow these steps:

  1. Start Internet Explorer for the desktop.
  2. Tap or click Tools, and then tap or click Internet options.
  3. On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Enable Enhanced Protected Mode check box under Security.
  4. Tap or click OK
