How do I update my credit card or billing information?

Purchased through LastPass.com with a direct payment via Credit/Debit Card?

Go to https://lastpass.com/my.php and click "Update Credit Card" in the "Premium Status" section. Please note that this link will only be available if automatic renewal is enabled.

Purchased through PayPal?

Please go to your PayPal account and update your information there. If it has passed the renewal date in the current year, please cancel the automatic renewal within your PayPal account and manually renew LastPass Premium on https://lastpass.com/go-premium/.

Note:

The information above applies when seeking to update billing information for either LastPass Premium or LastPass and Xmarks Premium combo. In addition, the updated billing information will not take effect immediately. Instead, the updated billing information will be utilized when your Automatic Renewal is next attempts to purchase LastPass Premium. Please do not attempt to use the Extend option as that will only create a new Automatic Renewal, and not force the updated information to take effect immediately. After updating, your Automatic Renewal's next attempt should occur within 24 hours. If multiple failed attempts have occured, the next attempt may occur 2 to 5 days after the most recent failed attempt.

Purchased LastPass Enterprise or Teams?

Automatic renewals cannot be set up with purchases for Enterprise or Teams, therefore credit card or billing details are not stored and are not needed to be updated to make any purchases or renewals.
