I'm launching a site from my Vault but LastPass is not autofilling. Why?
- Check that you have the LastPass browser extension installed
- Make sure that you are logging into the extension and not the online Vault
- Ensure that your login session is active and that the extension is RED. The icon will be black when inactive.
- Ensure that the site is not a 'Flash' or 'Silverlight' login page (LastPass does not support these login page types)
- Check that the site is not added as a Never URL - LP Icon > My LastPass Vault > Settings > Never URL
