Why are requests being made to 127.0.0.1:19536?

Requests to 127.0.0.1:19536 comes from LastPass in Safari. The binary component in Safari uses something called 'LastPass Helper' a separate process that works parallel with Safari. LastPass in Safari communicates with LastPass Helper through 127.0.0.1:19536. These requests you see are LastPass' efforts to check and see if LastPass Helper is available or not. These requests are expected and safe to have.
