I signed up for Enterprise or Teams on accident or no longer wish to be in Enterprise/Teams. How do I downgrade?

If you accidentally signed up for LastPass Enterprise and the trial is still active, you can downgrade to a personal account.

  1. Move all sites out of Shared Folders.
  2. Delete and purge all Shared Folders. After deleting, purging is a second step, and it is required. Please tick the "View deleted shared folders" check-box in the Sharing Center, find the folder(s) you wish to purge, and use the purge icon; it resembles a trashcan. 
  3. If you are the only user in the account, unlink your Linked Personal Account, and submit a Support Ticket below and LastPass Support will help remove you from the Enterprise Trial.
  4. If you have added other users to the Enterprise account, do the following:
    1. Log into your LastPass Account

    2. If you and/or your users have created shared folders while in the trial, please migrate the data from shared folders to temporary personal folders in the vault.  For more information on how to move items between folders, click here.

    3. Go to the LastPass Icon > Admin Console > Users tab 

    4. In the list of users, remove all users by choosing 'Remove User from Company' in the Actions column. (This option is not available for your own account as you cannot remove yourself; it only applies to others in the account).

  5. Submit a support ticket to remove your account last.

Now that you are removed, your account is no longer Enterprise. If you would like to purchase Premium instead, you can do so by going to https://lastpass.com/premium.

**If your trial has already expired. Please submit a support ticket and Support will help you downgrade.
