How do I send Custom Email to users?

Select the Users tab in the Admin Dashboard, and then select the red "Add User" button near the upper-right. Then:

  • To modify the welcome email that would be sent to new users, select "Edit preferences" to the right of "Send new user(s) notification email?".
  • To modify the welcome email that would sent to existing LastPass users, select "Edit preferences" to the right of "Send existing user(s) notification email?".

This will allow you to edit the welcome email. Be sure to save the custom email after the edits are completed. Regardless of which user provision method is chosen, LastPass will use the custom email when sending a welcome email to users.

After saving the custom template, the following message will appear:
"Email template saved. Please allow 24 hours for its approval."
