Chief Customer Officer


Heather Brown joined LastPass in 2024 and serves as our Chief Customer Officer overseeing customer success, customer support and community teams. She brings over 25 years of experience partnering with enterprise, commercial, and high-growth small and mid-size businesses with a focus on creating and realizing measurable business value.

Heather previously led the commercial sales and customer success teams at PagerDuty. Prior to PagerDuty, she held global leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Accenture and Salesforce, defining strategy, methodologies, mergers and acquisitions and managing portfolios of businesses $500m+.

She serves as a mentor and contributor to the larger Customer Success community and is an active member of Gainsight's Strategic Customer Advisory Board.

Heather has a passion for advocating for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) careers for youth, previously co-owning and operating Engineering for Kids Inland Empire West, bringing STEM programs to kids ages 4 to 14 in a fun and challenging way.
